Our in-house testing facility utilises a 200t test bed incorporating a 12m long test length capable of testing tensile, compression, proof load, break load, and low cyclic testing of steel wire rope, chains, slings and shackles. Computer real time display testing force and testing curve with test certifications will be provided. The testing of customer’s lifting components and equipment can be offered on and offsite. During onsite visual inspections and tagging (RGBY), our LEEA technicians will diagnose, undertake minor repairs, and dispose of any unserviceable rigging equipment. Major repairs can be transported and completed in our testing facility, based in Biloela. LCH’s facilities offer both manufacturing and re-engineering of rigging equipment including NDT testing, sand blasting, welding, painting, reporting and engineer certifications
